Services and transactions
You can use lingerielowdown.com to access online reviews and other content relating to the purpose of the Lingerie Lowdown® website. We manage all content published on our website. Transactions are managed through PayPal and SHIFT4. They have their own terms and conditions which also apply – read these before you use the service.
Refunds
If you are not totally satisfied with the Lingerie Lowdown® website after joining, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
Recurring memberships
Our monthly, 3 month and 6 month plans are recurring memberships. If you wish to request a refund for one of these memberships, please refer to our standard refund policy above. The 12 month plan is a non-recurring membership.
Renewing a membership
If your membership has expired, you can renew your membership at any time. Log in to your account and purchase a new membership of your choice. Upon a successful payment, your account will become active again to give you full access to the Lingerie Lowdown® website.
Expired accounts
Once your membership has expired, your account will remain on our database for a maximum of two years. This will allow you to log in at any point to renew your membership to the Lingerie Lowdown® website. If your account remains inactive for more than two years, we will automatically delete the account from our database.
Linking to lingerielowdown.com
We welcome and encourage other websites to link to lingerielowdown.com. You must contact us for permission if you want to:
- Say your website or product is associated with or endorsed by Lingerie Lowdown® or any presenter that is currently, or has previously provided reviews for our website
