This week we have handed 5 of our presenters the same challenge. A fixed budget of £100 (adjusted for euros and the Canadian Dollar). We gave them 7 product categories and complete freedom to shop wherever they liked, online or in store. The goal was not to compete, not to outshine one another, but to see what could realistically be achieved with careful, considered spending.
What has made this week so compelling is how relevant it feels right now. With so many households experiencing increased pressure on day-to-day budgets, it is easy to assume that quality and well-known brands must automatically be sacrificed. Yet throughout this challenge, our team demonstrated something quite reassuring, that being a savvy shopper can go a long way.
