We are continuing to bring you our spooky reviews this week that feature legwear from Pamela Mann. It's Lottie's first review for us this week as she's the final presenter to join us for the Halloween fun. So for her first item, she's got the Pamela Mann skull and web net tights which are a new design for 2021 and which have just been released by Pamela Mann. So far those who've tried them have loved them, will it be the same for our lovely Lottie?
