Sophia Smith took time out a few weeks ago now to chat with fellow Lingerie Lowdown presenter Shannon Crystal who was about to have breast augmentation surgery. She's keen to share her thoughts and experiences ahead of the surgery to offer others thinking of breast or any surgery for that matter, some reassurances and more importantly advice to ensure they choose the right clinic and surgeon to undertake the process.
